How do I verify my age?

During registration we ask for your date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may request additional verification at any time.

How do I report a member?

Open the member's profile, tap the “…” menu, and choose “Report”. Select the reason that applies and submit. Our moderation team will review the report.

How do I block someone?

Open the member's profile, tap the “…” menu, and choose “Block”. Blocked members cannot see your profile, message you, or appear in your discovery feed.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile and data will be permanently removed. If you need assistance, email us at support@sparkle5.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, please cancel through the respective platform settings. For questions about billing please contact us at support@sparkle5.com.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

My account has been suspended. What now?

If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us at support@sparkle5.com with your registered email address and a brief description of the situation. We review every appeal.
